What happens after you submit

We review the request

A Muirfield veterinarian checks your pet's chart to confirm the prescription is current and still the right fit.

We fill or follow up

If everything looks good we fill it. If your pet is due for an exam or lab work first, we'll call you to schedule.

You get it your way

Pick it up at our Memorial Drive clinic, have it shipped from our online pet pharmacy, or we'll call it in for you.
